Privacy Policy

Effective September 1, 2026. This policy covers mycrewpad.com and the CrewPad app.

What we collect

Account: name, email, optional airline and domicile, bio, and (if you use Google or X) the name and photo those services share. Listings: photos, address, house details, availability, and price you publish. Messages between crew and hosts. Favorites. Host billing receipts from Stripe (plan, amount, last four of the card). Device alerts if you turn them on.

How we use it

To run the marketplace: show pads, deliver messages, hide street address until a host accepts an inquiry, bill host listing plans, and send the notifications you enable. We do not sell crew or host data, and we do not use messages for advertising.

Payments

Host listing fees are processed by Stripe. CrewPad does not collect rent, deposits, or nightly rates from crew. Card numbers live with Stripe, not on CrewPad servers.

Sharing

A host sees the name and message you send. After they accept, you see the street address. We share data with Stripe for billing, and with infrastructure vendors that host the app. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Alerts

Push and in-app alerts fire only if you turn them on in Settings. On iPhone, Home Screen install is required before the system will deliver banners.

Retention and deletion

You can delete listings from My listings. Write support@mycrewpad.com from the email on the account to close it. We keep billing records as tax and Stripe rules require.
