CrewPad is a crashpad marketplace for airline crew. This policy covers the account, listings, messages, stays, and notifications in the app.

What we store

When you create an account we keep your name, email, airline, domicile, and bio. Listings you publish, pads you save, and messages you send to a host or renter are stored so the other person can reply. Notification preferences stay on your profile.

What we don’t do

We do not sell crew data. Stay and host-plan payments run through Stripe; we keep the receipt (dates, amount, last four of the card) so you and the host can see it. We do not use your messages for advertising.

Alerts

Push and in-app alerts fire only if you turn them on. You can disable them in Settings. On iPhone, Home Screen install is required before the system will deliver banners.
